Cascadian Apartments was built in 1903 and was known as the Mitchell Hotel. The Mitchell Hotel was one of Everett's first-class hotels after the closing of the first Monte Cristo Hotel.
Fun Fact: The Columbia Bank, now Umpqua Bank, on Everett Ave, has a beautiful mural on the bank's ceiling and the Mitchell Hotel is panted amongst this mural.
Parking at this time is primarily street parking. We do have an assigned lot off of Californa St and Lombard Ave behind the Volunteers of America building. Please ask our leasing office for any available spots. Parking is $60 monthly per spot.

We have small studios, large studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes.
All of our apartment home's layouts are very similar. Our floor plan images give the most general idea of our layouts. Some units may be mirrored in comparison to our images.
